IS THERE EXTRATERRESTRIAL LIFE?

Yes! The fact of extraterrestrial life is well documented and has been known by man for several thousand years.
Omni universal divine life IS -- infinitely. "As the Father hath LIFE in Himself; so hath He given to the Son to have LIFE in Himself" (Jn. 5:26). "Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God", (Psa. 90:2; Also: Ex. 3:14; Jn. 1:2-4).
There has been angelic life since the day the heaven and earth were created. These beings have intellect, spirit, freedom of will and eternal destiny. Some of them can assume animate physical bodies, both animal and human (Gen. 3:1-15; 6:2-4; 19:1, 12; Lk. 8:30-33; Heb. 13:2), or manifest themselves in miraculous natural phenomena (Ex. 3:2: Psa. 104:4; Lk. 10:18). Some of them have transcosmic access (Job 1:6-7; Dan. 9:21; Rev. 14:6).
Angelic life is of two types: (1) Angels who obediently minister for God (Psa. 91:11; Matt. 4:11; Heb. l:l4); and (2) Fallen angels, or demons, (2 Pet. 2:4; Jude 6).

"IMPEACH THE PRESIDENT!"

Since those words first began to ring out last Summer I have thought much on their similarity to the attitude manifest by so many in the Lord's churches toward their spiritual leaders.
How very needful is the admonition of Paul that the people of God be taught "That petitions, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who hold high positions, that with reverence and dignity we may lead a quiet and undisturbed life", (I Tim. 2:1-2). So few seem to desire this quiet and undisturbed life. We seem ignorant of the importance of such praying.
Do YOU pray for your President, governor and other "authorities"? How often? Do you pray for your spiritual leader? How often? What a change is brought about in our outlook and attitude when we learn to PRAY, WITH THANKSGIVING!
Have you ever tried to walk with Moses, Israel's leader? Imagine Aaron, Moses' brother and mouthpiece, telling the Israelites to bring their gold that he might make them a CALF to worship. Listen as Moses pleads and intercedes with God for this rebellious people.

Hear Korah, Dathan and Abiraim, leaders of the assembly, cry out "YOU ASSUME TOO MUCH AUTHORITY!!"
And note well the cries of Aaron & Miriam against their younger brother concerning the wife he had married.
The very meekness and gentleness of Moses must have irritated these thoughtless and thankless people as he laid both the issues and people before God. It was difficult for them to conceive of their rebellion and murmurings being AGAINST GOD -- not merely against His appointed leader. Is not the same often true in our experience? But how seldom do church people who rebel and speak evil against their spiritual leader stop to consider that they are, in reality, SINNING AGAINST GOD!
One of the most moving stories found in the Old Testament is that in which Moses is refused entrance into the Land of Promise. Yet, we know that God's judgments are right -- "Thou art justified in Thy

sentence and pure in Thy judging", (Psa. 51:4). Had YOU been part of the crowd that provoked Moses to sin, would your rebel heart have rejoiced at the fall of one who had led you faithfully and safely thru so many trials?
The apostle Paul informs us that "These experiences came to them as a lesson FOR US and were written as a warning TO US", (I Cor. 10:11). Have we REALLY learned the lessons? How many spiritual leaders have YOU helped to impeach? (See Heb. 13:17)
Recognizing more clearly our privileges A N D responsibilities, let us pray more diligently for our leaders, both political and spiritual. Never, in the history of our great nation, has prayer been more needful. Those in positions of leadership should have our HELP, not our harassment.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS?

For some time I have been searching for the following books:
    1. A CONCORDANCE TO THE SEPTUAGINT, and
    2. A pocket-size copy of Beza's RECEIVED TEXT of the Greek New Testament (Published by the British and Foreign Bible society).
These books are needed by our missionaries in South America. I would be most grateful for any information that might help me locate either or both of them. Thank you.

PICTURE-STORY OF A MISSIONARY

The pictures in the column at the left speak for themselves. In the first Bro. Montgomery is seen administering baptism in behalf of the church at Santa Cruz last November. The second picture shows the result of driving while asleep -- as to the effect on the automobile. The other shows the effect on the missionary.
At last word Bro. Steve Montgomery was making good progress, and there is a possibility of his coming to the States to recuperate.
The pictures were taken and sent by Bro. Edgar Potter.

TOO MUCH HONEY!

"It is not good to eat much honey: so for men to search their own glory is not glory", (Prov. 25:27); Actually, such action is disgusting, sickening -- nauseating. But carnal man has a bent for proving himself -- not only "righteous", but MORE RIGHTHOUS than his peers. Nor is it long before he recognizes this fleshly activity as "purely spiritual". He is "humbly proud" that he is not like other men are; he surely "merits" a promotion!
But God does not always evaluate the situation like proud men. "For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the LORD commendeth", (2 Cor. 10:l8). Well may the man of God heed the advice of the wise man: "Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine

Angels constitute a hierarchy somehow associated with the planetary, stellar and astral bodies of space, designated in the Bible "the heavens". "Lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven", (Deut. 4:19). "Suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising GOD". (Lk. 2:13).
Since the first Adamkind died, there have been creatures with conscious existence "residing" someplace other than the earth. This
existence is of two types: (1) ultimate LIFE, the property of those who died physically, having trusted in Jesus Christ to redeem them from sin and spiritual death; and (2) ultimate death, the sad lot of those who died having disregarded their need of Jesus Christ. "He that believeth on the Son hath lasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life", (Jn, 3:36).
In each instance above, LIFE is spoken of in a dimension not normally associated with the science of Biology. Some are wondering if there is extraterrestrial genetic or biological life. Particularly intelligent or "civilized" 1ife. NO! Physiological life -- bacteria, plant or primage; flesh, blood, air breathing, heart beating life, as we know it, is not native to any place of the universe save EARTH.
LIFE is of various dimensions, kinds and forms. A greater contribution to TRUTH would be made if more scientists admitted this and correlated their laboratory findings with God's supernatural revelation instead of using their test tubes as crystal balls -- to gaze into for the re-telling of history or for prophesying the future.

own lips", (Prov. 27:2).
To become preoccupied with signs and feelings of "spirituality" is to manifest both sin and immaturity as the "flesh" STRIVES to please the god of self -- that it may glory in its ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
Remember, "too much honey" is sickening. E.G.
